{"id":752,"date":"2012-05-11T12:38:31","date_gmt":"2012-05-11T01:38:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.australianuranium.com.au\/blog\/?p=752"},"modified":"2012-05-11T12:38:31","modified_gmt":"2012-05-11T01:38:31","slug":"752-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.australianuranium.com.au\/blog\/752-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Aura Appoints Corporate Advisory Firm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Aura Appoints Corporate Advisory Firm<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading independent Australian investment house Gresham Advisory Partners<br \/>\nappointed as corporate advisers<\/li>\n<li>Mandate to focus on identifying appropriate opportunities for the H\u00e4gg\u00e5n project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aura Energy (Aura, ASX: AEE) has appointed leading independent Australian investment and advisory<br \/>\nhouse Gresham Advisory Partners Limited (Gresham) as a corporate advisor to the company.<br \/>\nThe recent release of Scoping Study outcomes for the H\u00e4gg\u00e5n Project in Sweden has led to an increase in<br \/>\nexpressions of interest in the Project from a number of significant participants in the uranium sector.<br \/>\nIn light of these developments the company has decided it prudent to enlist the support of a leading<br \/>\nindependent corporate advisory firm to assist in the consideration of opportunities to maximise<br \/>\nshareholder value.<\/p>\n<p>Gresham has extensive experience in and an understanding of the uranium sector locally and<br \/>\ninternationally. Its mandate extends to review a number of alternative development and funding<br \/>\nstrategies for H\u00e4gg\u00e5n.<\/p>\n<p>Under the terms of the appointment, Gresham is to be granted 1,000,000, three-year unlisted options<br \/>\nover new shares in Aura at a strike price of $0.20.<\/p>\n<p>The company will advise the market of relevant developments in relation to the funding of H\u00e4gg\u00e5n in due<br \/>\ncourse. In the meantime, Aura remains focused on advancing its suite of uranium assets in Sweden,<br \/>\nMauritania and Australia.
